Vodafone Speed Help?

    Hi,

    Just changed over to vodafone and was wondering why when i log into the router does it only say my speed is 4mb when i'm paying for up to 8mb?

    I'm sure this was a mistake as eircom cut me off and while on the phone to one of your guys he brought my 4mb eircom connection over to vodafone.

    I think this is where the problem lies. Can someone change this to up to 8mb now as i've recieved the router and am up and running on the vodafone network.
