I have severe pain in my ankles and feet and had physio but now have pain in knees as well .It is very hard on for me on the stairs. Did anyone have an experience where pain appeared to 'move' like that. It is impossible for me to stand for any period as in a shop browsing. Pain is excrutiating. i take painkillers but even…
