Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help!job and life crisis!

    I would like someone to clarify a situation for me if you can.
    Myself and my boyfriend are planning to work in oz in january next year as he cannot find work here and is pretty depressed on the dole for over a year now.I have been working in retail on a 20 hour contract with no sign of an increased hourly contract.Its also spread out over 5 days and my company is constantly changing my deployment (i am told i dont have a choice)so finding a second job is quite tricky.
    I am interested in applying for the medical secretary course in pitman training to upskill and hopefully get some work experience in oz.Its quite pricey (3350e i think) and is 20 hours a week over 11weeks.
    Is there any funding from FAS or someplace else to help with this (i add i completed a diploma corse in college of com 4 years ago and recieved a state grant towards my fees)
    My other concern is my company will not be happy as i wont be as flexible with my hours as they expect me to cover and change my hours around when it suits them.if they let me go will i have any claim on my stamps?

    Sorry for all the questions i hpe someone can help me figure out what to do!!:confused:
