    Hi,
Going to get a new tv, shocked to say we still have a CRT!!!

Anyway we're looking at 37-42, for the corner the tv will be going 40 is probably the best size, but the others are good too, I'm sure we could make room for a 42 if the price is right :D
    Tv Specs:
    2 or more scart ports.
    2 or more hdmi ports.
an RF port (we still have rte 1 etc. on coaxial/aerial which we might watch while we record sky or vice versa)
a vga + rca ports to connect laptop

Optionaly a usb port and the ability to play videos through it, but if I have the vga/rca I can do it that way so no biggy.
    Mpeg 4 tuner preferably.
1080 preferably, but 720 is fine too, won't really be using the hd feature.

Also looking to get a dvd player with hdmi port.
Or possibly a dvd recorder depending on the price.
Finally I would also be interested in the price of a blu ray player.

I know there's a lot of optional bits but hopefully you can give me a quote on something, main thing I want to price is the tv and hdmi dvd player!

If possible I'd like the quotes soon as I'm considering buying here in Cork before Sunday for the World Cup Final :D
