    hi guys

    i kill my own free range chickens, i only have a few left to kill and wanted to do something different with the meat, any ideas, has anyone a recipe for something similar to kfc chicken coating

    Wrap the breast fillets in airdried ham or similar (nice one available from Aldi), roast for about 25 minutes and serve with boulangere potatoes, spinach and carrots.
