Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

About last night...

I thought about it before and discussed it with my optician but decided against it in the end...I mean, wussed out like Perrin. Lasers, burning flesh...no thanks!

EDIT: Loving the most recently added tag BTW!

I wussed out.... When I saw the price tag. Just shy of €2K per eye :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 720 ✭✭✭MarcusFenix

Well an optician, unless a small private one, will usually advise against it. F*#king specsavers couldn't even catch a thing in my eye that a real optician spotted with her naked eye! Gowls!

@le rapist: 2k an eye is cheap for a life of fookin goggles!

You guys were probably right. I mean, the chances of this exact scenario happening to you I'd imagine are pretty high

Fookin scare mongering! Twas the combination of shoddy shoe workmanship in addition to candy windows which contributed to the ultimate demise of said b!tch, nothing to do with safe and cuddly laser surgery!

Specsavers gave me the wrong shaped hard contacts for my eyes, useless morons. A couple of more weeks and it'd have turned out very badly.

Utter gob****es, the ones I've dealt with anyway, couldn't possibly be experienced as they were all under 26-27. Been giving me the wrong glasses for a few years and I only noticed as a private work optician told me there was something weird up! Oh and my sight was blurry as sh!te!

Got the eyes done, best investment ever.

Surgery over in 20 mins, watching champions league football that evening. Amazing!

(silently awaits cheque from Laser Clinic)

They didn't do a very good job judging by the angle of the "after" photo.

Did they even use a level or a piece of string? Cowboys Ted Damo.

I hope you people are happy... forcing X43 to prove why he has to stay at the back of the map sniping!

Sure, he'd love to run around with the rest of ye, capping flags and such. It's not his fault he can't :(

Finally, you might leave him alone now!

I have a fuzzy recollection of Yimrag aspiring to a figure of assists..

I decided to try and do better again..

Give me back my crown. I should have broke 50 but wounding people with the m60 (recon pro + hardline pro) is actually pretty tough.

I've definitely played against some of you, I remember seeing Seamus in a match alright, must actually add a few of ye for some domination.

Specialist is the easiest way, Have hardline on the class so you get your first perk in 1 kill, Silencer is helpful as well. It's a lot easier when Yimrag and everlast are tagging people non stop :D

Ya, christ I'd never heard you rage so much!

Here's something to keep you cheered up when this happens in future. Keep it near the Xbox at the ready

6/24, 9/16 and 0/5. You may think it's a great idea to play drunk, do yourself a favour and just put the controller down...

Think I got 4 or 5 knife kills in a row in one in the chamber, couldn't hit a barn door with the Desert Eagle though...
