I was thinking of switching from eircom to upc , is it really that bad for COD? thats what i spend most of my time playing so if it means red bars feck that.

No you've misunderstood, the issue is with UPC and MunsterBB customers playing together ONLY. It's unplayable. For example, I can't play with Shammy or him with me if either one of us are hosting. It's down to UPC's strict peering policy.

My experience with UPC broadband generally is that it is very good. I've got the 20MB package, I'm often chosen as host, more often than not.

Nope anything is allowed but new players to the group are required to provide us with first choice pick of all care packages. This isn't some shady pyramid scheme, this is based on the sound financial trapezoid scheme.....

Some people play more competitively than others but that shouldn't take away from your or anyone else's enjoyment.

I use RCxd, Nalpalm and attack helicopter I never use care packages?

I was just bit worried because I seem to do the stuff everyone hates i,e, Ghost with Silenced AK47 and a china lake as a secondary. I like to watch hotspots - doors whatever until I have my attack helicopter

Nothing is banned, some people just dont like Ghost pro, Grenade launcher etc..

I personnally use the noobtube on DOM and couldnt give a f**k what anyone thinks :P

It's horses for courses, if there are enemy choppers up and spyplanes then you chose a ghost pro class with a launcher of somesort even if it is domination, personally I think only the strella is of any use as the accuracy with the rockets (even the law is off).

I think that secondaries are largely useless and only good when there are clueless enemies around out of knive range. I'd almost always swap my secondary for a primary, especially at the lower levels in a prestige.

Also when you play in a group those killstreaks aren't the most team friendly (not a pop at you they're probably great for FFA or being in a public party) a RCXD means your left exposed, whereas the spyplane allows for the enemies to show up, helping you and your teammates. Plus it's also a nuisance value. When they're aiming up at the sky they're defenceless.

The Napalm is great for domination games but since people (i do anyway) tend to run flak jacket pro it's less useful. Once you know the spawn points it's awesome combined with a blackbird.

The chopper is also a bit s*** to be honest, pretty much 2 or 3 of us run with a strela. Often it's shot down before firing. I'd defo change it to a blackbird as it's undefendable and really sets the opponents on the backfoot for you and your team. If you're only a kill or two away tell the team and they'll tend to give the kills to you so they can benefit from the sr71.

cool thanks man!! is the Blackbird really undefendable?? even to ghost pro or counter spy plane?? sorry Im still a nooby

I might change from rcxd then but its nearly always a guaranteed kill - even double if you roll up on the enemy trying to capture a point

Yeah we've seen some noobs trying to shoot down blackbirds with a strella. Only counter is a counterspyplane and they only last at most 30 seconds if not shot down.

Yeah ghost doesnt work against the Blackbird, thankfully.

the rc-xd is a retarded killstreak. you put yourself defenceless driving it around to hopefully get a kill, get a UAV up and the whole team benefits and you're free to roam around looking for more kills, if a few people on the team are running it and counter UAV you'll dominate the map unless you're playing against a whole team of ghost pro people.

they should have allowed you to call in a chopper gunner and an attack chopper at the same time on Blops, the attack chopper lasts wayyyyyy too long as well.
