If you've ever had to have an operation, or know someone who's had one, then you'll know the importance of giving blood. Regular donors are as important to the health system as doctors and nurses. So if you're willing and want to do something really good today, something you can feel really proud of doing, then give blood!…

Helpful Hints

We recommend that you have eaten something and have had plenty of cold drinks.

Allow yourself about an hour to an hour and a half to complete the process at the clinic from registration to refreshments.
