    Hello all.

We're continuing to try out new ideas on the issues of signature rules and reporting them. We've integrated the option to report a Sig into the normal Report Post button report.gif.

When you click on the button, you'll see an option to report the member's signature instead. Please let us know what you think or report any issues to us here in this thread.

Dav is gonna get about 4,000 reports on his sig now

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Lol.... I love Office Space. :)

Anyway, this was Feedback at its best, we tried one thing... didnt work, got some feedback, went and had a think and came up with this, which is better! Since many people point out when FB doesnt work, I thought I'd balance things. Good job all. :)

    DeV.

    Dav,

Would it be easy enough to impliment the same feature for Spammers? Report post and check box for spam? Get rid of the Spammer Notification Thread

Des: The reports go into the Signatures forum which still works as it did with no one being able to see or reply to a thread started by someone else. We might just leave it as is, or change it to work in the same way as reported posts - for now we just wanted to test that the functionallity works. When we're happy with it, we'll finalise the plan and make a site wide announcement.

Tallon: It's an idea with some merrit alright, we might come back to it. As is, reporting a post as spam still gets it looked at, but it might just remove a step in the chain to banning spammers. We'll keep it in mind.

As DeV said above, this was very much a case of Feedback working exactly as we'd like it to, so thanks very much to everyone who helped out.

    Dav
