SarahBeep! is a dab hand at the old baking so I wouldn't be surprised if she created it herself. Sounds tasty!

Saw them on the shelves in Tesco and went home and made my own! Went much better than the Cadbury's Cream Egg cupcakes... :(

They're awesome when they work out but obv the eggs aren't gonna be sealed perfectly, in mine all the fondant ran out through the egg cracks!
    I'll manage it someday!!

Just make the filling yourself? All it really is is Vanilla? :o

Seriously thought that was a rolled up rasher in the middle of that cupcake.

Made it a bit more appetising to me :o

I dunno what's worse; the fact that Corbally is in the wrong place or that a halting site now looks like the most important area of Limerick.

The Condell Road is now O'Connell Street.

Or the local media ringing the local politicians to get a comment and making a story out of nothing.

Was in Costello's on Saturday night first time in years, I was pleased to see that it hadn't changed at all, stick floor and peeling wallpaper and all.

There is a part of the townland/area of Mungret called Corbally. Just as there is bits called Castlemungret, Baunacloka, Camheen etc

I had to go onto google maps to check the distance from home to UL for my grant form and nearly died laughing when I saw the JC Park Halting Sight was a pretty big fixture :pac::pac::pac::pac::pac::pac::pac:

Whats the fastest way for a non-driver to get out to near the NCT Centre on the Ballysimon road? Would cycle but need to bring Camera and laptop?

Bus to Childers Road and walk? That's about the only option!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,484 ✭✭✭The Snipe

Walking to town then getting the bus, i'd say I'd be just as fast walking - based in Ballinacurra Gardens like. Generally how long would it take to walk out?

Walking from Ballinacurra Gardens to Eastway? It would take about 45 mins.
