I saw a guy in the Regional tonight with a black t-shirt and white print saying

    "Aby da kid"

    Should it not be

    "A boy da kid?"

The only way to improve that is to swap the cream for chantilly cream. :D

    Nyom Nyom Nyom

Possibly put it on clean packaging also.

Despite what i said i clearly wasn't looking close enough. I thought that was chocolate sauce underneath the cream....but its actually a spatula!!:D

Bertie whats chantilly cream? I only know of regular cream and baileys cream.

The next time you make cream from a tub in the supermarket add 2 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla extract OR half a vanilla pod and you get a very nice Chantilly Cream.

Sugar is the key. Its look slightly off white because of either the vanilla pod or extract(whichever you decide on).

That sounds really nice. Love the name too, it sounds so posh:P

Make sure to bring a bike as renting one costs €40. Also the parking is €5.

Its great. You can start off on the shorter route first to get a feel for it. Be careful on the decked bridges as when they are wet you will likely slide off and get hurt.

I went off and climbed Mount Brandon on Sunday which is also quite good for a day out. It only took 3 hours up and down and around 3 hours 20 minutes driving from Limerick to/from.

Well Im off to Clonmel tomorrow and might bring an Umbrella then I might use the Tunnel on the way back into Limerick.

Yep, I re-read my post 8 times and it still doesn't sound as exciting as Iceland. Oh well, I tried. :(
