How about a random thread to allow people waffle on and talk about general chit chat/ unworthy thread starter topics? Its just an idea, could help keep the other threads to their relevant topic! What ye think guys? How about that rain today :)

They must have, I was just doing the maths there and it was way out otherwise. I reckon I have the equivalent of Dyslexia when it comes to even the most basic maths, and after a few drinks I can barely add two and two so it didn't occur to me there and then that it was too much.

Yeah, and that's not quite 20% of what the bill should have been so either it was a service charge or else they messed up and charged for an extra meal and drink.

Yeah there was something fishy about it ok.

What did it come to?

Cause it should have been:

6 mean deals @ E25 = E150
5 Drinks " E5 ish = say E30
2 teas @ ?? = say E10 (which is the most expensive tea in the world then)

Total E180 E190
Im pretty sure it was over E200 last night

fair play, I'm one of those typical Irish people who would complain about it to friends/family/boards, but probably do nothing about it!

drinks were €5 a piece, and teas was 2.50 a piece.

they accidentally charged the side dishes (fries, mash) seperately. €30 overcharge. They're refunding it to my laser, so I have moneys for whoever is owed.

Yeah they gave me a great sweat in fairness - was fairly panicking for a while when Green Bay gave away penalty after penalty but they closed it out well.

I work HARD for the money :P
