Now, which beach to go to? I have the choice of 10, nearest is 10 mins away but tide is always way out, furthest are 25 mins either way, but both have surf so could take out the bodyboard. Hmmmm decisions....

Must say the food was very nice in there, fantastic chilled out evening with some dough balls a pizza and a bottle of wine.

Hopefully there'll be a happy end to this. I remember somebody posted on the forum a few years ago about a relative who did search and rescue. The work some people in this city have to do is astounding.
