Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looks nice, just over 100k according to mapmyride (and my liberal clicking in the general areas you mentioned).

Elevation's OK, some climbing near the end but nothing extreme. The first 20 or 30k is downhill or on the flat, it'll probably lull some into a false sense of fitness :)

Yeah, early Oct or late Sept seems good. The weather tends to turn mid-October and it gets cold and wet. If I'm not available to ride this, I'll drive a broomwagon.

The overall amount of climbing is low but three caveats
    1. Climb from Rathcoole to Steelstown is about 1km but is nasty.
    2. Climb out of Ballymore Eustace is a 3km drag.
    3. Climb from Ballysmuttan Bridge over to Bohernabreena is a tough climb. Get to same height as Sally Gap in a much shorter distance.
I feel justified throwing this in given the overall lack of climbing on the route.

One climb but its tough. 75km reasonably flat.

I would refer the honourable gentleman to my recent performance in the Tour of Louth and would like to book the towrope for my teammates... :D
