pot plant remove growth or not?

Hi All, Hope this is all right posted here as this is an indoor plant question. I have a cactus type plant which has developed some 'tubers' I think they call them, growing out of the base. Is it alright to pull or cut them off and replant them and will they grow ok. I am about to re pot the thing anyway as its getting…

Yes you can, but there are a couple of odd things about propagating cacti, there are some good instructions here http://www.cacti101.com/articles/idx.php/0/004/article/Succulent-Propagation.html
