Decking Preperation Requirements please

Can tell me what i do, i have just got decking laid what is the preperation i take it i brush it down and then i put on the Decking oil, would this be correct ?? what is Decking Stain then someone mentioned Osmo Decking oil has anyone heard of that particular brand any help please

Yes clean it first, use a power washer if you have one and let it dry, otherwise a good brushing.

Decking oil is the best as its preserves the wood, I've used ronseal oil myself ,its good ,will set you back about €40.
