Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am looking at getting a longer lens for birds and wildlife. I have a D700, 80-200mm is my longest currently. I am looking at second hand versions of

    1) Nikon 80-400mm
    2) Sigma 150-500mm

Really appreciate views from anyone who has used these and ideally from someone who has used both !

    TIA

Not familiar with either of those two lenses, but what about the Nikon 300mm f4 telephoto with a 1.4x or 2x teleconverter? Would be interesting to see how it compares to the 80-400mm.
