Myself and a buddy set up our own channel recently.

Channel Name: Awh Schnap
Style: Commentary, Co-Op Commentary, Playthroughs, Tutorials, First Impressions, Reviews.
Games: Currently we have Team Fortress 2, Dark Souls, Splinter Cell Blacklist, Chivalry Medieval Warfare and No More Room in Hell. Plenty more are planned including retro and new across many genres.
Future Plans: We have various things planned in future if we get enough engagement such as Podcasts and Interviews etc.

currently putting up fighting game related stuff. Basic matches at the moment but hope to do commentary and tutorials when I get a mic. I will be uploading other games once I get an xbox 360 plug and play kit as i have lost mine >_<

Yeah its good craic doing it. uploading takes a fair bit of time to youtube.

Minecraft now has built in Streaming in 1.7.4 just to let you know, it's a bit glitchy though.

I still prefer dedicated software, much more control and features (can't overlay a webcam with minecraft)

Yeah, I can agree with you there, but it's good if you're just doing a stream without any webcams or overlay images, it's good, but xSplit or OBS still are better by far margin, also as I've said it's glitchy, stops on my friend due to connection issues even though he has 5Meg up and i7 CPU..

My Channel has changed A LOT since I posted that.
I now do retro gaming lets plays, and the odd review here and there.

I drew that myself, Drawn on paper, scanned in and then all done in photoshop. I have gotten a lot better doing these since I did that one. I could do one for yourself if you want?
