    Mod edit: I've removed your post because it's either a wind up, or you have no idea what you're doing. Either way, you cannot look for legal advice on this forum, and if you really are a manager, you should not be looking for legal advice on any Internet forum. You should also not be using real names here. Again, if you really were a manager, you would know this, and you should be fired from you job for this kind of gross miss-conduct.

    none because you cannot invoke a dismissal without first having an investigatory meeting and giving the staff member a chance to defend themselves.Also the staff member can only be sacked after receiving a verbal and 2 written warnings
