Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Buying a Camer in Dublin- g11

    Hello,

    I'm looking to buy a good camera in Dublin probably a Canon G11. Can anyone recommend the best/cheapest place for buying one.

    I know I can buy on the net/ ebay for cheaper but as long as the price difference was not too huge I would like to buy it in Ireland, support local businesses, warranty etc.

    if you are buying in Dublin - Conns Cameras, Berminghams, Gunnes are the top 3 ..... to a lesser extent Dublin Camera Exchange, ISS (Image Supply System) and following any of those.... any general camera shop...the likes of Harvey Normans, DID electrical etc etc.

    my preference would be for Conns - a lot of people on here have a preference for Gunnes (their staff have a better reputation).

    Be sure to haggle and ask for a discount or for them to throw something in with it ...worst case they say they cant (but they really can ;) )
