UPC reliability in the Booterstown area?

    Hey guys. Im thinking of changing from smart telecom to UPC. Does anyone have any experience with them in the booterstown area? Much drop outs/packet loss/reduced bandwidth?

    have 5 mb connection about 3 weeks, living on booterstown avenue, no problems whatsoever, fast ping , no dropouts and about 4.9mb download constantly up speed about 500kb

    You really can't determine how reliable it will be based on other people's connection, unless they are living on the same street as you.

    Good luck if you do switch over. You either get fantastic pings/speeds, or a connection that's as stable as a mental patient on acid.
