    The latest I have - i'm just off the phone with the Philips Dispatch - is eta 7th December for the 52PFL8605...........:mad:

    I guess Santa will be delivering them personally to us at this rate.

    I have my reps chasing them of see if there is anyway of getting hold of them sooner.

    You know where I am if a little bit of physical abuse directed my way would make you feel any better!

    At least they are moving....slowly ...towards us!

    If they come in early I'll try get in and get it tomorrow (assuming it will fit in my car) .... a new toy for the weekend. How is the 3D on the 8605? You got it set up there?

    Yep have the TV, so glad we waited for the 52" instead of getting the 46". The TV is looking small already :D . Not had time to play with it yet other than plug it in and install analog channels (which look very good for the most part considering the TV is so big). I have noticed it didn't pick up any digital channels, am I doing something wrong? UPC coax cable from the wall straight into the TV, picked up 18 analog ones no prob. Should I not get the 4 Irish ones in digital now??

    Anyway, I'll play more with it today and update later. Gotta plug in the Blu ray!

    Big thanks to Ash and all in the Philips Shop for excellent service (I've forgotten about the wait already :D ), and to Ian for delivering the TV to me :).
