Tks, yes I'm bill pay and am years out of contract, however they told me I still had to give them 28 days notice and that this was stated in terms and conditions

Glad I read this. I am out of my 12 month contract with Meteor in the middle of Sept. I was in the Three shop yesterday and the guy I was speaking to said that the HTC Desire will be available on their network from Sept. Think I will go with them.
