Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone with experience of their products.

Looking at the PSP22 drink, have tried the High5 EnergySource 4:1 but looking for alternatives.

    Thanks.

Dunno about the PSP22 drink but i have tried their Go Electrolyte Sports Fuel and find it ok,definitely thought High5 EnergySource 4:1 was a lot better, when my tub of SIS runs out i'm going back to High 5.

One good think i can say about the SIS stuff is that it is more gentle on your stomach than the High5.

Having said all that i done the Tour Of Louth on nothing but water so after that i'm wondering do these drinks really work, then again the pros use them so they must do something. Will keep an open mind until i try the High5 again.
