NI and the 1952 Hypnotisim act ??

    Does any one know if the 1952 act and it’s amendments applies to Northern Ireland ???

    AFAIK, it doesn't. I'm 99% certain.

    Section 7 of the Hypnotism Act 1952 appears to exempt Northern Ireland. The amendments made under Schedule 6 of the Licensing Act 2003 do not appear to have changed this.
