    That gun in the pic is an sr-25 ,a single shot, 7.62mm armalite variant.But if you want the straight mag look you could buy these

    He just gave you the answer, you can get the VN style mags for Armalites.

    Because some people can't/won't invest in some decent mags for a new or upcoming purchase ;)

    In saying that I've only seen two decent mag conversions, the G36C Stanag mag adapter and a custom job of Masadas (I think) on a Stanag compatible Steyr AUG....

    You can get adapters to run M4s (real and airsoft) on 9mm mags - the straight UZI type. Other than that, there's not really any other mags it could conceivably take as the M4's body is so narrow and the M4 mags themselves are very slim....
