Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have a laptop where I work and one of the user's connects to home wifi network and can access the web fine (uses perlico not sure of the router)

She can not connect over Nortel VPN, while on wifi, can connect over a VF 3g modem, so VPN settings OK

ISP tell me there may be ports closed on the router which block the VPN traffic, but will not elaborate further

One of her family can connect over VPN, differnet company laptop and a different VPN app,

Do different VPN apps use different ports
    and
if ports are blocked it is generally at router or ISP level,

Does anyone know from experience what ISP does not block Nortel VPN traffic

    Thanks

I think you really need to clarify your posting.. I've tried to read it and find it ambiguous. might be easier if you sketched a quick map of what PCs are where..??
