Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem in Video Library when using External HDD

For as long as I can remember I've used an External HDD to view movies in the Video Library on my Xbox 360.

The folders that were on my Ext.HDD would show up (Movies, TV Shows, Others etc.) and I could click them and view the videos inside aswell as any subfolders there may be.

However, now when I do it, it seems to index all of my videos from whatever folders and list them all there. This is very awkward as I've over 1,000 videos and to scroll throw them to find the one I want is not something I want to do especially when I'm so used to being able to pic the folder I want and navigate as I would using the Ext.HDD on my laptop.

When I use picture or music library all the folders from my Ext.HDD show up just not on Video Library does anybody know how to solve this or to get the folder view back because Xbox Support don't seem to have a clue what I'm saying never mind able to solve the problem.

    Cheers,
    Duane
