Is this fertiliser safe to use on edible plants?

Im using a product called 'westland soluble plant food'-i cant seem to find a webpage but its a 2kg plastic box full of yellow material that dissolves in water. if it was not safe, they either wouldn't be allowed sell it or would have to put it in writing on the packaging.
