Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I lost my p45, i rang the tax office and they told me i had to get it off my old employer but i did not explain to her that i was currently in work, who has a copy of my p45 now? my current employer or the job before?

    It it is the job before (over 2 years ago) will they still have a copy? and are they legally required to give me another copy?

    {Both jobs closed at this time, thats why i ask here.}

    Hi

    Log onto PAYE anytime and you should be able to get details of your income earned from each employer.

    As regards who has your P45 it would be both the old employer and the new employer.

    They should be able to give you a copy of it. Not sure if they have to though as you should have got your own copy from them at the time of leaving.

    Hope this helps
