My oh's friends are in a battle of the bands this saturday.

Now i like my music i'm very specific about what i like.

Lisa saw they where playing a gig this weekend and i wasn't too non plussed about going to another one of these amataur gigs, *been soured too many times by others*

She put on there myspace and i was pleasently surprised they where actually good been a while since that has happened and it takes a lot for me to sit up and notice,

Futurism is back after taking a long break and the return is to a Battle of the Bands in the Ulysses Venue (beside the Twisted Pepper), Middle Abbey St., Dublin. We could really do with your support for this spot as the prize is studio time and we all know how you want to hear another few recordings based on the last EP.

Futurism on stage at 8:25pm
15 bands. 7 go through to the final on the following Friday.

Slight change to the Battle of the Bands this Saturday
regarding times. The whole thing is kicking off at 6pm and Futurism now on
at 8:05pm. Chalk it down!
