Matt Cooper interviewed Eamo Ryan on Today FM's 'Last Word' this evening. When asked about the DTT switchoff deadline, Ryan said that it would be met come what may - as the spectrum is needed for broadband. What broadband implementation will there be on this slice of spectrum exactly?
