    hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on my current predicment..

I applioed for the dole there a few weeks back, got a letter the next week saying I was entitled to Job seekers benefit,
but it was only 88.10 a week.

So I asked them why was it less than the full amount, (150)
and they said I should apply for allowance,
    which is means tested.

Now I dont have any savings, property, shares etc so i just have one question about what they will think of this -

I dont live in the family home, but i rent an apartment, my mother also rents in this apartment.

The family home is a separate home.

Will this be seen as the same as if I lived at home, and will i get less money because of this?
Any advice would be gretly appreciated, thank you
