Hi there, We are anxious to find a nice, modern 1 bedroom apartment/ flat in Melbourne, preferably in South Yarra / South Melbourne / Fitzroy from mid September for a 12 month lease. Perhaps it's a little early to start looking but i wonder can anyone help us out? Thanks
