Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I placed a bet on Spain to win the world cup with bwin. They advised me that i need to send a photocopy of some sort of id ( i understand that this is standard practice)
I sent a fax of a copy of my passport and contacted them in relation to this. They sent me back an email stating that they have not yet received my fax.
Not sure if i should resend the fax or leave it until tomorrow and hopefully they will have got the fax by then.
Has anyone here had any dealings with bwin and if so how did they find them to deal with?

They're grand from any dealings I've had with them. Could you not scan the passport onto your computer and e-mail it to them? It's very handy if you want to open numerous accounts too.

They would usually get the fax instantly if I'm not mistaken, unless whoever sent off the fax entered the wrong number.

If you dont have a scanner, you can just take a photo of your passport on the table with maybe a piece of paper behind to make it look professional. That's what I do and never had any complaints from bookies...

    BWin are fine normally.

Savage odds on the gee-gees but they are quick to limit if you start arbing them.

Panic over...........got an email from them today stating that id was received and in good order.
