    Based on the draft cost plus model as discussed earlier in this consultation, ComReg is of the preliminary view that the price control for the monthly rental bitstream products would be subject to maximum and minimum prices, which may be amended by ComReg from time to time32. The following are indicative ranges that will be finalised following consideration of respondents‟ views to this consultation. Therefore, the finalisation of the maximum and minimum prices at particular price points may be outside the indicative ranges below:
