Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No, not CR7 or the buck toothed one, but Dublin's own superstar Ronnie O'Brien.

He seems to have disappeared off the radar since last year after not having his contract renewed with San Jose. Apparently they wanted him to take a big pay cut and he told them where to go.

Always felt he should have played for Ireland and was excellent any time I saw him.

Anyone know what he's up to? Still only 31 so there's a few miles left in the tank.

Supposedly still living in Dallas, not playing football though.

His time in Juventus ruined him IMO. Was too young to move to a club like that, would've benefited much more by staying in England.

He couldve played a few games in 08 I think when Ireland did their summer tour to the states and we were really stuck for players but apparently he rejected the callup

    He's from Bray not Dublin.

Ronnie is now coaching FC Dallas youth teams. Also playing in local over 30's amatuer league.
