Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,

a family member is receiving jobseekers benefit until next week where she will be means tested for jobseekers allowance. she received a letter from the welfare office to say that the social welfare inspector will be calling to her house in connection with her claim.

is this normal procedure? And if so have they the right to enter rooms and inspect, ie check wardrobes etc. she is a bit worried as sometimes her cousin stays over and has a few things lying around.this must be a new thing as i have never heard of them calling to your house

yes its normal for them to call to her home.they do not go through your house ,just interview you.the interview will take place in whatever room she choose to invite them into.ie sittingroom kitchen.
