Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am going to be laid off at the end of the month, any home made recipes to replace energy bars, gels and high5 Zero/nuun drinks?

    Yay, more time for cycling!

    Bread and water?

To replace the high5, some dilutable juice, spoon or two of sugar and a pinch of salt. Won't be as great but it'll do the trick.
For bars, Tesco do some cheap nutty bars. Usually watching out for any specials and stocking up helps.

Thats the unofficial plan, but with three saucepans under 8, and 'er indoors with a list as long as your arm, it may be tricky!

Google Anzac Cookies. Good recipe for energy bars. Add diced Coconut, Peanuts or Cashew Nuts for that bit extra. Cheap and easy believe me:D
