    not sure if this is in the right sub section but I was wondering of anyone could let me know what it would cost me to replace the guttering on the front lower roof of my house to get one seamless piece across the front which is about 8m long and then 2 side pieces approx 1m each with a down pipe needed from one end?

    Pic here shows the piece in question?

    need my guttering replaced as well, ive got a 1970's bungalow with 1970's style guttering....its just a straight rung with one down pipe front & back of house....is it a job i could tackle myself ??

    Make sure its not asbestos guttering first though!

    got various quotes, some outrageous. The builder my missus cooks the books for got a specialist around and he's coming round the house tomorrow to do the job as a favour for €150 :D
