Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got the 360S to replace my aging core today. My core doesn't have a HD, so it's yonks old when it comes to firmware. I've some save games on the memory card which I can't put on USB because my firmware doesn't allow it.

Could some kind soul with an Xbox 360 that has recent firmware copy my memory card save games onto my pendrive? Should take longer than 5 mins.

    I'm based in Blackrock.

i wont be around the city for a while but if you are badly stuck, ill help you out. i have a normal 20gb xbox running on LIVE every day. if you posted the card and the usb to me, i could sort it out for you and if you look at my adverts profile, you know i can be trusted.

you cant connect to LIVE at all? maybe its time to invest in some decent Home Broadband?

I'm pretty sure you can get the latest update online and put it on a cd. also some recent games come with the lastest fw update on the disc

It's not a broadband issue - I had an original Xbox core with no HD, which means no space to download an update onto.

Thanks to user JamBur, popping over to his place tomorrow to sort it out. And thanks to everyone here who offered help too.
