    I assume you're talking about FIFA, you can only save replays from off line matches and then you can upload them to the EA website!!

    and do u have to be connected online? like can i save replays from manager mode? i dont see a save button?

    If you score a goal press x and go to the replay screen.
    There is an option to upload by pressing y.
    If you have an EA sports account you can upload them.
