Not 100% sure but as far as Im aware most if not all shops are open from around midday. At least the larger stores anyway. I have never encountered any shop that I wanted closed on a Sunday...

Most places would be open on a Sunday. 12-6 are the standard opening hours. Only major shop that I know doesn't open on a Sunday is Weir's jewelers.
