Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Advice On Buying An Xbox

    Hey lads,

I had a 360 and sold it to a mate a while back as I usually played my stuff on the PC and didn't really use the Xbox. Although now, upgrading the PC to keep up with rapid developing games has become too much of a pain, so I've been looking at Red Dead Redemption lately and with the upcoming Mafia 2 I've been thinking of re-investing in an Xbox again.

I'm not one for really using the likes of Xbox live or for downloading much to my Xbox. So I wondered which model would you recommend?

As in would I really need one with a large hard drive if I don't plan on downloading much? Or would it be safer to get one with a decent hard drive in case of expansions and stuff? Because I think there are mentions of expansions for Red Dead.

What's this I hear about the new Xbox model, I mean what are it's new features and such, will it still play the normal 360 games?

Sorry for all the questions, it's just I've been out of touch with the console market for a while :D

if your not playing online just get a arcade or elite while there cheap but if you think you might get into the xbox get the new slim one it has built in wifi its quiet and it has even less chance of getting rrod than a jasper which is slim to none and it has a 250gb hdd
