bank statements, utility bill, appilcation form, letter from your landlord saying rent is up todate, proof the your current property (if rented) is registered with the tenacy board, etc. when you get the application form you have to get the garda to sign it and a certificate of income.

if the application is incomplete the co. co. will send it straight back to you. you'll then get called for an interview and if successful the 18-24 month wait for a house starts.
