Lo all, Was wondering does anyone know about how to clean a white gravestone? An auntie wishes to know, so that she can clean a relations gravestone.

A stone mason or monumental sculptor would be able to advise and I know they sell special cleaners for stone (I've seen these in use- expensive but very effective). If you want to go the low cost DIY option soap and water with a little white vinegar added can be used to remove grime and dirt, use a non abrasive plastic scouring pad. An old toothbrush can be used to cleanout the corners and fine detail etc.
