    Hi

I'm looking for an Irish DTT ready tv set for a bedroom. Any ideas on what I should be looking for?

    Thanks

    Hi Marclt

We will have the new 19 and 22PFL3405H LED BACK LIT range of LCD TV's in pretty soon - hopefully before the end of the month.

Judging by their bigger bro, the 26PFL3405H they should be pretty cool little TV's...

At the moment Philips have not posted up the spec's for any of these models but once they do I'll post up the link to them

I'd expect them to be broadly similar to the 26PFL3405H spec' wise, which has 2x HDMI, 1x SCART, 1x VGA and 1x USB input
    A contrast ratio of 150000:1
    Digital Crystal Clear Image Processor
    MPEG 4 tuner
    1366x768 resolution

The 19" will sell for €299.99
The 22" will go for €379.99

I'll post up when I have 'em back in stock.

The lads in Richer Sounds may have alternatives for you as well - check out www.richersounds.ie

    cheers
    Ash

    M,

thanks for the post & apologies for the delay getting back to you - unfortunately I'm away on holiday at the moment with really limited web access and to make matters worse Kenny has thoughtlessly gone and burst his appendix so he is out of action as well - so we are REALLY behind answering posts but I'll make sure we catch up over the next 24 hours - if teh TV that Ash has suggested is not to your taste (or budget ;)) just drop me a line and I'll have a trawl around to see what other options there are at the moment for you,

Thanks again & keep us posted if we can assist in any way,

    ATB,

    Hi John,

Could you have a search for me as well, was holding out for the Philips 22 inch but the price is a bit steep for a playroom:eek:. Need set to have MPEg4 tuner, scart for DVD player, connection for Nintendo WII and 1 HDMI.

    Pia,

thanks for giving us a 2nd shot - I have sent you a silly Boardie price on the Philips LED 22PFL3405 and we also have the LG 22LD350 available at €239.99 or the new LEG from LG - the 22LE3300 at €279.99.

Keep me posted if any of these are interesting.

    Thanks again,
