Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I love that book. It saved my life as i had sever chronic anxiety and regular panic attacks bundled up with depression and low self esteem. No i havent had anxiety in about 2 years which is amazing haha esp for me. Its hard to read sometimes and hard to practice bu the little you practice it really pays off.
