Travel from South to North Leitrim without leaving the county

Wondering if it is possible to travel from South Leitrim (South of Lough Allen) to North Leitrim by road without leaving County Leitrim and having to enter either Counties Roscommon or Cavan?

If you have an amphibious vehicle then yes otherwise no.

Lough Allen cuts into cavan and Roscommon.
