I want to debrand a Vodafone 541 aka Alcatel OT708

I've just been given a Vodafone 541 originally on Vodafone Spain. I'd like to be able to debrand it to the original Alcatel OT 708 state. I have googled and cannot find a procedure. Can anyone link to the solution?
